Answering the call to ministry at the age of 23, Joe began preaching and teaching the Word of God whenever and to whomever he could, with a mission to build God’s kingdom one soul at a time. He served as Pastor in Vero Beach, Florida for 6 faithful years with the Church of Christ Holiness Unto the Lord. During that time, he received his bachelor’s degree from the Bible College at Victory Theological Seminary School, followed by his Doctor of Ministry from Reformed Theological Seminary. With a zeal for ministry, Joe continues to further his mission to win souls for the kingdom through his preaching, teaching, and community involvement.

Raised in the faith, Alexandria developed a passion for helping others early in her life and served in many capacities in the church. While in college, she began volunteering at a homeless shelter and eventually started a ministry for the homeless, H.A.V.E.N. for the Homeless, Incorporated. She went on to further her call of helping others and received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology and her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She currently a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and launched her private practice Safe Haven Therapy Services in 2022, where she provides both spiritual and secular counseling. With a servant’s heart, she continues to use her platform to to help other’s improve their mental well-being as they embark on and continue their journeys to heaven. 
 

With a heart for the people and a hunger for fulfilling God’s purpose for them, they founded House of Mercy & Empowerment Worship Center with a mission to be a beacon of faith in the community, and a place where individuals may come to worship without bounds, pray fervently, and fellowship freely.​ In January 2023, Joe was consecrated as the Vice Presiding Bishop and Bishop of the State of Florida with the Covenant of Truth International Fellowship under the leadership of Bishop Byron K. Curry of Savannah, Georgia.
